Due to the perishable and regulated nature of our products, Online Liquor Store only accepts returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Document Issues
If you receive a broken bottle or incorrect vintage, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as evidence.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Await Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
